Job Title - Project Manager

Location - London zones 1-2

Hybrid: 4 days a week on site/in office, and one day at home

Salary - Up to £70,000

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Design & Build team, delivering innovative Smart Building projects across Greater London.

You'll take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to handover, managing the successful delivery of Electronic Security, Structured Cabling, Audio Visual, IoT and Network Infrastructure solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects within a growing and forward-thinking business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from tender award through to completion and handover.
  • Oversee project programmes, budgets, resources and commercial performance (P&L).
  • Coordinate design, procurement, installation, commissioning and documentation.
  • Lead internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, programme and financial performance.
  • Ensure high-quality handover documentation, O&M manuals and client training.

Health & Safety

  • Promote a strong health and safety culture across all projects.
  • Ensure compliance with RAMS, Working at Height, company procedures and client site requirements.
  • Report incidents and ensure safe working practices are maintained at all times.

About You

Essential

  • Minimum 5 years' Project Management experience within Electronic Security, Structured Cabling, Smart Buildings, ICT or Building Technology.
  • Strong commercial, organisational and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, subcontractors and engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
