Job Tittle - Business Development Manager

Location - Netherlands

Salary - €75,000 + Commission 

Role:

We’re seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our European sales team, leading the growth of new business and managing key client relationships within the integrated electronic security sector. You’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting opportunities into high-value projects across corporate and enterprise markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities aligned with company strategy.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and new client sectors.

• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, driving long-term partnerships.

• Lead business development initiatives from initial contact through to tender and contract award.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet client and operational requirements.

• Represent the business at industry events, networking forums, and partner engagements.

Skills & Experience

• Proven success in business development or sales within the integrated security or technology sector.

• Strong understanding of IP/Analytics, Access Control, and CCTV systems.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strategic thinker with a consultative, relationship-led sales approach.

• Fluent in English; Dutch or another European language is a plus.

• Full EU driving licence and willingness to travel.
