About the Role
We are seeking a Project Administrative Assistant to support security operations by managing employee and contractor access credentials. This role serves as the primary administrator for the Lenel OnGuard Access Control System across project sites in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities

Administer the Lenel OnGuard system, including badge issuance, activation, replacement, and deactivation.

Assign and update access levels based on role, clearance, and project requirements.

Conduct regular access audits and promptly remove access for departing personnel.

Maintain accurate personnel records and data within the Lenel system.

Generate routine and ad-hoc reports on badge activity and access levels.

Support internal and external security audits.

Maintain organized documentation and manage inventory of badging supplies.

Serve as the primary point of contact for badging and access control inquiries.
Qualifications

Proven administrative experience; experience in construction, security, or corporate environments preferred.

Hands-on experience with the Lenel OnGuard Access Control System strongly preferred.

High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
