Job Title - Country Manager

Location - Dubai, UAE

Salary - 60,000 AED/Month + Bonus

A leading international energy services and infrastructure organisation is seeking a Country Manager to head up operations in the UAE. Based in Dubai, this senior leadership role offers the opportunity to drive business growth, oversee large-scale projects, and deliver lasting impact in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.

This is a rare chance to lead a diverse, multinational team of over 450 professionals, manage annual revenues of €20M–€30M, and report directly to the Middle East CEO.

What You’ll Do

• Lead with Vision – Define and implement business strategy across energy efficiency, O&M, HVAC, electrical systems, and decarbonization projects.

• Deliver Results – Oversee operations, sales, and financial performance to meet ambitious growth targets.

• Inspire People – Mentor and empower a multicultural workforce, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Drive Transformation – Develop sustainable infrastructure solutions such as district cooling networks and industrial utilities.

• Represent & Influence – Act as the organisation’s senior representative in the UAE, building strong relationships with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.

• Ensure Excellence – Champion QHSE, ethics, and compliance across all operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Leadership – 15+ years in operations management, including at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.

• Technical & Commercial Expertise – Strong background in O&M, project delivery, contract management, and financial management.

• Academic Foundation – Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC Engineering or Business Administration.

• Multicultural Management Skills – Demonstrated success leading large, diverse teams across multiple nationalities.

• Language Skills – Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.

• Agility – Willingness to travel across the UAE and wider Middle East region.
